About the figures
See how we verify for the full method. In short: figures set by law are traced to primary sources and marked; figures that are simply what the market charges are given as typical ranges and marked differently. Rules change, and a figure correct when checked may not be correct when read — every figure carries the date it was checked.
If you find something wrong, tell us. We'd rather fix it than defend it.
Introductions
- We introduce people to licensed Cyprus estate agencies. That's all the introduction is.
- The agency is an independent business. We're not their agent, they're not ours, and we're not a party to anything you agree with them.
- We don't negotiate, hold money, or act for you in a transaction.
- Any dispute with an agency is between you and the agency. We'll help where we reasonably can, but we can't be responsible for how they conduct themselves.
- Estate agents in Cyprus are paid by the seller. Agencies pay us if an introduction works out. You are never charged.
